Whipped Chocolate Dessert

with a Graham Cracker Crumble (Yum!)

This recipe is a great alternative to making a full mousse, and much more simple. Why not make an amazing dessert with minimal effort, right? I have to say that these portions are very small, but very rich. As Britton said, “It is DIVINE!”
I made this for my girlfriends on Valentine’s Day, which was a great excuse to make a fancy dessert.

Chop 4 ounces (one bar) of semi-sweet chocolate.
Boil 1 cup heavy whipping cream and two tablespoons of sugar.

Pour boiling cream over chopped chocolate and stir (about a minute.) Chocolate will melt and the contents of the bowl will become a creamy, chocolate consistency. (It’s basically chocolate soup at this point and SO delectable!)

Refrigerate for 4 hours, or over night.

(either before or after this recipe, additionally whip 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and put it in the fridge.  I didn’t add any additional sugar.)

(Note: Yes, this is my fridge. 🙂 This is a pretty good representation of myself in a daily life.)

Four + hours later…….

Whip the chocolate ‘cream’

(You HAVE to trust me – this may be the most scrumptious beater I have ever licked in my entire life!)
Received this adorable present from a friend!

Serve a small scoop of chocolate, topped with a dollap of whipped cream.

Top with crushed graham cracker crumbs. :-))))))

Britton and Jordan enjoying their desert!!!

AND… we’re done!
