Wine Club this month had a theme of “Summertime Drinks.”  The Ladies brought a variety of concoctions that included Pina Colada Grenada, Peach Daquari, and Sangria Jello (pictured below.)  

This punch serves 4-6 glasses and has a fresh, fruity flavor to peak anyone’s pallet.


1 bottle Brut Champagne, chilled 
¾ cup pomegranate juice
1 pint strawberries, quartered
2-3 sprigs mint, torn


Wash and cut strawberries.

In a large pitcher, mix champagne, pomegranate juice, strawberries, and mint. 

Use mashed to juice strawberries and stir up.

Serve over ice. (and by a pool!)

Sangria Jello with Wine soaked fruit,
Cook Whip, and Fresh Mint.
Trust me, make this too!!!
