Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Does your family have the same problem as we do every time we make cinnamon rolls? There are never evenly divisible for sharing!!! So someone gets 2, someone else gets 1.5, and the person that is busy only get the last, remaining pieces left.

I love that this casserole allow you to evenly divide up the cinnamon rolls, as well as adding in some protein through the eggs to keep everyone fuller, longer!

(We have cinnamon rolls every Christmas morning, so enjoy our family pics too!)
 
Ingredients: 
2 cans Cinnamon Rolls
½ cup milk
4 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup pure maple syrup
Directions: 
Grease a 9×13 pan. Quarter the cinnamon rolls and lay in a baking sheet (about 9×13

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk and cinnamon.

Pour over rolls making sure they are all well coated.

Drizzle on the maple syrup. Bake at 350 for approx 35 minutes or until puffed up and golden.

Microwave the icing that came with the 2 cinnamon roll packs in a microwave safe bowl.

Pour on top and serve warm!
