One of my favorite appetizers to make for a party is a crostini. It’s just so simple, and yet you can get super creative with your finished product. As long as you start with some great french bread, you’re off to a great start. These crostini “recipes” used Pasta & Provisions  par-baked bread, UAV burrata cheese and a variety of toppings.

Want some more great info on UAV cheese, this is a great article: Stretching-to-New-Heights-Uno-Alla-Volta/

For all 3 of the crostini I made for my family in Florida started with the same two steps: Slice and bake the French bread. (note: I really do like to make it between super crunchy, and super soft, just depending on my mood that day. ) Step 2: Spread the burrata (or cheese of your choice, since I love using their ricotta too!)

(note: the products were provided at not cost to me by Pasta & Provisions, but all opinions and recipes are my own.)
