I love the changing of the seasons because it becomes a new inspiration for recipes and decorations! The fun thing about fall is the apples, so this sangria was a perfect time to throw in some apples, apple cider & cinnamon whisky. Plus when you top it off with champagne, you get fun bubbles with a fall twist!


  • 1 bottle white wine 
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon whisky (ex: fireball)
  • 1/2 apple , sliced
  • 1/2  orange , sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 bottle of brut sparkling wine


Combine everything except sparkling wine in a large pitcher or punch bowl and set aside to chill for at least an hour to two.

Add brut before serving. (optional: Add ice)
