When you’re looking for a kid-friendly, easy recipe to make, this is a recipe for you. The original recipe I saw had this as a taco stick, which would work super well to flavor the meat, and serve with salsa. However, this night Cooper was craving pizza, so we changed it up. I think the stick-shaped pizza dough would be a great vessel for any foods you like: black beans, shredded chicken, pulled pork, etc. So make this your own (and your whole family happy!)

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt to taste
- 1 package pizza dough (tube easy to use here)
- 6 colby jack or mozzarella cheese sticks
- 2tbsp, butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- Marinara sauce, for serving

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Cook ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with salt. Drain excess liquid.
While beef is cooking, roll out pizza dough. Cut into 6 rectangles.
Onto each of the dough rectangles, divide up the cooked beef equally. Top with 1 cheese stick each.

Pinch dough seems closed. Turn over.
On the seamless side of the dough, coat with butter and garlic salt.

Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned on top.

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
