Who doesn’t love some cheesy, garlicky carbs in the comforts of your own kitchen? (and going to Red Lobster just for the biscuits!) My Mother in Law made these for last holiday and they were TO DIE for, and wanted to make again for our family. This is fairly easy, so plan it for your next gathering.

We made this batch for Easter, so it paired perfectly well with ham and green beans (and made for amazing leftover ham sandwiches!)

(Makes about 9, depending on the size of the biscuit.)

Ingredients:

2 cups All-Purpose Baking mix
2/3 cup milk (more if needed)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, pressed

Directions:

Heat oven to 450°F.

Stir Bisquick mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms.

Drop dough by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

While baking, stir together butter and garlic.

Brush garlic butter over warm biscuits. Serve immediately.
