When I’m a the beach ALL I want to do is eat shrimp, seafood, then more shrimp! So this recipe was actually made from leftover shrimp, but also is a great way to eat it up!

With just a few simple ingredients

If you’re like I used to be and forgot your Old Bay, but have 3 cans at home, try adding 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard to spice it up.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked Shrimp, roughly chopped if large (some reserved)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 packet (3 tsp) Ranch Seasoning Powder
  • 2 tsp Old Bay

Directions:

Combine most of the shrimp, sour cream, mayonnaise ranch seasoning and old bay in medium bowl. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Before serving, top with reserved shrimp and additional old bay sprinkle.
